Redeeming Your Gift Card

Got a gift card? Here’s how to use it:

1. Shop as usual — browse the store and add your items to your cart.
2. Head to checkout — when you’re ready, proceed to the checkout page.
3. Enter your gift card code — look for the Gift Card or Coupon Code field at checkout and paste or type in your code exactly as it appears.
4. Apply the code — click Apply and your balance will be deducted from your order total instantly.
5. Complete your order — if your order total exceeds your gift card balance, simply pay the remaining amount with your preferred payment method.

💡 A few things to note:

• Gift card codes are case-sensitive — enter them exactly as received.
• One code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
• Gift cards are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and cannot be used after expiry.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
